What is especially interesting is the remarkable similarity to the picture on p. 49 of Casino Chip & Token News, last Winter's issue. They are clearly not the same as the cars are different...looks like that picture might be from 1955 or later, judging from the Merc coupe on the road, but yours was taken slightly further back and has Dopey Norman's in it, which I've never seen before.
