You need to get "Friendly" with one of the people who signs them up. Its the only way Ive ever been lucky enough to get them. Some places are more lax than others. I made the mistake of mentioning collecting them and lost my availability from that Casino. They were afraid I was making a Profit on them.. Good Luck
