I haven't been on the board in quite awhile and I just read about Ed Bigley's America West horror story and Bob Orme's unusual stroke of bad luck (at least he wasn't hit by the tornado). I really feel for you guys AND all the others that won't be able to make it to this years convention, for whatever reasons. Going to the convention IS a big deal and is always well worth attending, no matter what your collecting interests are. I hope that each and every one of you will be able to attend next year.

In the meantime, I have been working on revamping my website. There is a virtual tour of casino chips from around the state of Nevada. Many are common chips, while others are less common. I am in the process of adding captions, but so far I'm only through the D's. All of the other letters do have scans, but no captions at this time. I plan on adding scans of matchbooks, dice, swizzle sticks, etc. over the next several weeks, along with scans and captions for more chips.

I realize that visiting my site is nothing compared to attending the convention, but I thought you might enjoy seeing what strikes my fancy in Nevada chips these days. But then again, maybe not.

I welcome any and all feedback. I'll also inform everyone when the site is in a completed state.
