With the help of Mr. Garnier, we have found conflicting dates for the formal inception of the CC & GTCC. On page 95 of the sping issue of the Casino Chip and Token News a date is mentioned. This date matches the date that is imbedded in the club logo. However, another date is mentioned when you follow this link
