He asked very reasonable, business-practical questions and made some pertinent observations.
You are a publisher-dealer-seller. Scott is a customer. You publically (and unnecessarily) insulted him. Not a very good business practice.
Have you ever heard the old expression, "The customer is always right"? Well, it isn't true and the customer isn't always right. BUT, you have to act as if it WAS true and the customer WAS right.
Perhaps it shouldn't be coming as such a surprise that you've taking some heat on the board.
