You get a plastic bag with this folder in it and a stack of chips. The folder has some removable cards (win cards) that you can take out to get recommendations on how to play the games.

There's also usually a chip or coupon you can use to 'tip' the dealer, so you get used to that protocol. It's a good deal, even if you don't collect chips, as you usually get about $15 in play for $10.
