The way I do it is to troll up and down the isles looking for cards on top of machines or above the reels. When I find one I just pretend interest in the machine and while studying the payout schedules the card miraculously ends up in my hand. Stay away from other players since there are lots of cards available in most casinos. No sense asking for trouble.
