Here are the details. ICG was using TCR numbers without identifying TCR as the source. For example, "N1506."

That violated the copypright notice in TCR. I wrote to ICG telling them that the copyright notice permitted use of TCR catalog numbers only if the source were identified. For example, "TCR N1506.") We asked them to use the numbers properly.

Instead, they chose to stop using the TCR numbers completely.
