I hope everyone understands what Jim's book will mean to our hobby.

We will no longer have to guess which chip came 1st and in what year. We will not have to wonder how many were made.

We will see scans of 100's of chips, we never knew existed.

I 1st talked to Jim in 1996 and asked him to do a book of the Burt records. I am not sure but I bet this BB might be a big part of the decision to finally publish the records.

Remember this book will not answer all chip questions. Hot stamped chips will not be in the book. We will still be looking for old distributors records to answer those questions.
