We seriously doubt that you'll be overturning any law (especially in Nevada) resulting in allowing 12-year-olds to gamble. Yes, dropping a token into a slot machine is making a gambling wager -- no matter who pulls the handle. It's the same as placing a chip on a number in Roulette or Wheel of Fortune.

What you feel may not be harmful to a child being exposed to casino gambling (the issue here; nothing else) is of no concern to me, as I'm very content with the laws that prevent minors from gambling in casinos... and I feel that you are not a threat to any such laws as they are now written for me to even continue discussion.
