They are nice there -at Cliff Castle- helpful and everything. You just have to talk to the right person to get anything not held on floor - the change people don't have the authority to go into the vault.

I got this Derby in a pile of other chips... so I am not out anything on it. I just couldn't figure out if it was real or not after not finding ANYTHING - ANYWHERE to suggest it WAS real. It is cute... and so I'll put it with the dog chips (my sons).
