You make a good point: even those who oppose the concept of slabbing should learn something valuable from this seminar.

They may remain opposed, but they'll do so based on greater information and understanding, and that in fact is what seminars are all about.

Interestingly, I did invite ICG to participate in the seminar originally. Their complete unresponsiveness and unwillingness to reply, though, took them off the list of panel members.

A side benefit of the correspondence, though, was that KMW Publishing successfully defended its copyright and obtained ICG's agreement not to use TCR numbers without the requisite "TCR" identifier.
