Last year while traveling around Europe, I took a ferry from Sweden to Denmark. I was very surprised to see young children, probably as young as 8 or 9, playing the slots. To them it seemed to be better than the arcade, after all, you might win. When I asked one of the ferry staff about it, I was informed that once the ship set sail, there was no age limit.
