As a person fairly new to chip collecting, I only have about 200 chips, I'm not exactly sure about collecting etiquette. I know when you buy 250 of a 500 limited edition, that's hoarding. How many of a rare or scarce chip do you have to buy before it's considered hoarding? Most people on this board have been chipping much longer than I have, therefore I value your opinion.
