Stopped by Frazier Park last week, the home of The Top Of The Vine cardroom. TOTV was a mean looking little square building where it looked like you could easily get shot in parking lot. Sat on a leveled off spot in the dirt and brush just off the road. Not sure what opening and closing dates were. Anyhoo, the building has either been knocked down or just remodeled into one of the twenty or so burger/pizza/taco/muffler/real estate joints sprinkled wily-nily in the dirt and brush at that location.
