Just shows it's harder to "mint money" running a casino than first appears, especially for outsiders. The Swiss owners of Regent and British co-owners (London Club) of Aladdin unfortunately missed the mark in building profitable operations. (Of course, locals have missed the mark occasionally as well -- Stratosphere and others.)
