Two months ago,I was high bidder for some Vegas memorbilia from seller POPSPUTZ. I paid immediately via Paypal and after one month went by,I started emailing to ask about my merchandise. It took about three emails and ten days but he finally answered,apologised,and admitted having problems with several shipments and promised a refund. Now,three weeks later I have yet to hear from him again and he continually ignores my emails. He is Cliff Gissinger of Geist Ct. in Las Vegas. The money involved is minor but I'd like to know if I can do more than just leave bad feedback. Any help would be appreciated.
