The Flamingo Hilton had 3-4 levels, each with a different card up until about a year ago. The Island Card (room only), Lagoon (room, food, line pass and limited beverages) 3rd one I forget and the Paradise Card-I think, full RFB. I'll dig around and see if I can find some samples of these at the house.
