Today I received a package containing the last two chip shipments I had sent Michael along with a note apologizing for the delay. He even included a chip to cover the cost of my postage. If I ever encounter a situation like this again, I will contact the club secretary and deal with the situation outside of public view.

I can once again say that in five years of trading, buying and selling chips I have never had a problem with a club member.
