Here's why I would never even consider playing poker on the internet... and neither should you.

A friend of mine tells me that his son, who lives in Florida, gets together with 4 or 5 friends with their laptops in a single room and find a poker table to play on. The unsuspecting other members of the table are playing against a gang who, shall we say, are maximizing their prospects.

Other permutations involve 3 or more members of a table being on the phone with each other.

My opinion is that, unless you are part of this type of scam, you don't stand an ice cube's chance in H E L L of winning.

Of course, I could be wrong.
