.....If you can't redeem OR buy a chip from the Casino that issued it then the chip is obsolete. Sounds fairly simple to me. I also feel that the word SHOULD be in the glossary!

I resent what you said above......I have had an "Obsolete Nevada Chips" page on my Web site for 4 years now. Am I suppose to take that word out because YOU feel the way you do about it & can't figure out what it means? Andy - Las Vegas
