There are too many hassles with shipping overseas:

1) Customs form
2) At least one visit to the post office is mandatory
3) Postage is unknown, requires extra work to determine since I charge buyers the exact cost of postage
4) It can take forever to get payment or for the package to get there (even Canada)
5) Language problems
6) Payment problems if payment is not in US$
7) International insurance is very expensive. Int'l buyers don't want to pay for it and then I have to ship at the buyer's risk.
8) If there is a problem, like non-payment or bad merchandise there is nothing you can do about it.

Need I say anymore. I wish it was a better situation and could confidently do business internationally, but it is just not the case.
