Hi Keith... I have the program and as mentioned above - the task is overwhelming.

Is there a way/ disk/ place to add pre-loaded files (deleting some would be quicker than manually adding EACH field EVERY time.)
The things I would find helpful is if I name a casino, the city, state and whether open or closed would be entered by default?

Is there a way to set certain fields at a default setting (as in "chip" goes in automatically and one could override if it were something different? or if you noted the casino as "closed" - "obsolete" would fill in by default?)

Is there a way to copy an entire record (not one field at a time - toggling back and forth - it is easier to just keep tying) so when adding chips from the same casino, certain info that is the same wouldn't have to be re-typed? Then I could just edit the "different info"? For example, if I have a 12 chip set of something - EVERYTHING - place, city, state, status, mold, color, denomination... would be the same...

Any shortcuts or "batch options" would be greatly appreciated if there are some... as I am WORKING WAY TOO HARD!
