... I did the same thing with my bank noted, just scanning took 4 months! I note book info, value, serials, where/how aquired, info on country, and volumes more. It was overwhelming, thank god I started when my collection was only 50% of what it is today. Now, I just add a note here and there. Reason for my concern with chips, before it gets big.
