If you're headed to Lake Las Vegas to visit the Hyatt Regency, its a beautiful area. But the casino is only open after 9 AM and the Pit is open after 11 AM. Was able to buy chips directly from the cashiers cage and get slot cards at 10 AM.

Gas was as low as 1.77 (Unocal at the Auto Truck Stop next to Silverton).
