Recently there have been serious accusations made on this board about the honesty of some chippers. In some of these situations the accuser includes in his accusation that he will notify the CC>CC. Submitting a claim with the CC>CC is the right thing to do if you cannot successfully conclude a matter on your own. However, you should give the process time to work BEFORE you name names publicly. Someone's reputation can take a lifetime to build, it should not be destroyed in an instant. I know that it can be fustrating when you think that you have been taken, but the right thing to do is allow the CC>CC Claims process to run its course before you take action yourself and become a vigilante. I think most of us would want an opportunity to conclude a matter privately, rather than having it aired publicly.
