According to your feedback you were able to be a prompt payer on ebay during the time you owed Chuck. I realize the most recent purchases were clothes but you should have been able to afford return postage to Chuck if you're making other purchases. Unless you just didn't want to pay someone who trusted you enough to mail the chips to you.
