A few months ago we saw another 4Q chip, a "commemorative" made to order by an individual who though he was the world's best 21 player. He bought them all. I thought this was well known in the collector community now, as it was posted on this bb. I expect there will be more of these.

Doesn't seem to me this violates any gaming regulations but may irk those who want to have every 4Q chip in their collection.
