Jim. I know for fact it was not Chuck Smorse that ordered these chips, nor did he have anything to do with their acquisition and subsequent sale. I am continuously amazed at casino management mentality which includes the idea that they will tell the public what the public wants. Customer service is not part of the vocabulary of casino execs. Many talk the talk but I've yet to see one walk the walk except on rare occasions.
