The difference between the Hardrock 5 chip police, and the Four Queens 5 chip policy?

Lets first say that the Hardrock has never had a list to my knowledge, and the Four Queens had one and took it away.

Now lets talk about yesterdays release. The Hardrock issued 3500 $5 chips for Cinco De Mayo more than enought for every one who wanted them.

The Four Queens issued 600 $5 chips for Easter (late).

The difference is in the Quanties.
