I wrote to Phil Madow, I received a polite reply.
I cited the fact that we East Coasters rely on legitimate new issue services for our chips. To limit sales to only 5 chips per person puts us in a position where many of us may discontinue purchasing 4 Queens chips due to higher pricing.
I suggested a happy, middle of the road policy be found. His reply said they would take my suggestion under advisement.
While they are still taking it under advisement, I will cease in collecting 4 Queens chips
