Alan; You are very fortunate in "NEVER" having problems collecting overdue accounts. I just mailed out a combination of 18 letters and emails last week to some of my delinquents ... some of whom owe me for chips I mailed out last December. Most of them do pay up, eventually, with few exceptions. I'm willing to let Michael skate a little while longer based on his past track record with me. Admittedly, he does not owe me the sizeable amount that he owes you, so I'm looking at it in a much different perspective than you are.
