Archie, I tried to contact Michael via email and postal mail in February, March and early April, no response. He told me in my first phone conversation with him on 4/14 that he was having some problems with his customers. I offered to take back the chips I sent him for a full refund. If a person is down on their luck and can't pay their bills, how many creditors will take back merchandise and "call it even"? I called him a second time on 4/28, he then told me that he must have forgotten to send them back and would do so the following Monday. That was 10 days ago.
I agree, something is wrong here. But, could I have been more fair? Believe me, I trusted this guy, I feel like an idiot for being so naive. I have NEVER had a problem with a trade or sale to a club member. I am frustrated and should have filed a claim before posting.
