I am the person who made the offer to Pat. She did not solicit the space, we had it available and I made the offer.

As you know the Club has always had a policy that any member could request space for educational purposes. I will be the first to admit a trading session might be stretching the rules and that was my reasoning for doing it before the Convention opened. We have tried to keep trading to general sessions during the Convention.

I take responsibility for the decision and still believe that if we have the space at no cost we should put it to good use. At least that was my reasoning in making the offer.
