This one may be tough to get at first. They instruct you not to use it in the machines, However It will work in any slot. They have been issued to only Boulder City Resident's. It is to be used for promotions that they will be put out monthly and for discounts & food comps. I have only been able to obtain one card & one blank. Grovling & bribery do not work. The card is silver in color. Does not scan well.
