Why is eBay getting so politicaly correct, when it's obvious that some folks call it the online fence for selling stolen goods?

How come we can't get a response from safeharbor when someone is selling a fantasy chip as a casino chip? Or an authentic movie prop with certificate of authenticity? (which is made by the seller)

No I'm not for Nazi stuff or hate groups, but their broad ban is kind of odd.
