I have a web page where a particular casino is the focus. I went to the casino in question, before I was a member of the Club, and asked to buy a color of each roulette chip to be used for my web page. The dealer asked the pit boss who sold me one chip of each color. As a player of the game, I knew that you are not supposed to removed roulette chips. But if the casino sells them to you, does that not constitute consent?
