Being legal does not mean that it is ethical. In fact, some jurisdictions prohibit serving alcohol, does this mean I have negated your comment? Of course not, but then your comment has absolutely nothing to do with the question I raised.
Therefore, the question remains (and it is not yours alone Gene):
"...which is less ethical, thousands of people visiting a casino with cash in their pockets and being offered free drinks, or a few people sneaking roulettes off the tables to never be wagered again?"
