I don't collect roulette chips but who am I to judge. They are collectible to many of us. They are illegal when you get caught "cheating" but walking away with a bunch is not. Illegal in a sense that "cheaters" return to buy at higher value and then cash out the "cheap harvest". I don't believe that there are chippers among us who does this. It is "fun". The hunt is more exciting and as the adrenaline surges.....the feeling is beyond words.

Good luck on your survey. I prefer the non-structured answer than the questionaires.
