Casino Niagara was the third major casino to open in Ontario. IT appears that this will be the last major casino to open as the government of Ontario has decided to take a new approach to Casinos, but that will be another post.

Casino Niagara opend in late 1996 a few months after Casino Rama. They too are still using the same chips. Of note is the fact that Casino Niagara is the only casino in Ontario to use oversized chips for their $5 and $25 chips on baccarat.

A word of caution: I have noticed a few people list the Niagara "Year of the Dragon $5" chip as rare on Ebay. It is my understanding that they are still on the tables. Maybe someone that has visited there recently can verify that for us.
