If you will check out the two different color reds, you'll probably discover that the brighter red one has the small numeral "5" and the dull one has the larger numeral "5".
As for the black-light.... I used to play with those things, but gave it up as far as describing what could be seen under them. There are so many variations on the same denomination chip from the same casino it's really unbelievable. If I can't see it with the naked eye.... then I don't list it.
As for the catalog numbers, I agree TCR does a nice job with their catalog numbering system ... but I prefer to have a three letter prefix I.D. for each chip to indicate which casino issued the chip without consulting any reference source. Probably with a much larger juristiction such as Nevada, my system would be impractical.
