For some reason I have recently been receiving an extra copy of the News. I will send free the latest edition to any "lurker" not yet a member of the CC>CC with just one condition: I will not send it to someone who supports slabbing.

There is no other condition since if a newby is listening to us, learning about chips and interested in chipping, I'll wager that reading this wonderful magazine will induce the person to be a member.

If no non-member claims it, I will also send it to any member who would donate the mag free of charge to a non-member friend.
