After the Thunderbird chip deal, I exchanged email with Dean in which I said that if he didn't make that situation right by posting accurate information on his eBay auction, I would boycott his auctions and advise others to do the same.
He declined, so I posted a message regarding our email exchange.

I am now of the opinion, for all of the reasons cited by Larry and Andy, that we should all refuse to do business with Dean, unless and until he is willing to abide by the CC>CC Code of Ethics.
