This is a serious issue and I have no sense of humor about it. When I first complained about Dean a long time ago, the reaction was, "yes Dean fluffs up his auctions but it's harmless." It's not harmless, and as more people get burned, more people stop doing business with him. I'm still waiting for him to get the message.
