Hiya Joe, 1999 COTY nomination forms were inserted in the Winter issue (Jan,Feb,umm,Mar)of the club magazine. Also incluced in the magazine were a convention Hotel registration reservation form, as well as ones for exibitor space and convention auction cataloges. My guess is we can find them next issue.
