Moat people can earn what they are worth in todays vompetitive marketplace.I start all of my employees above minimum the good ones advance quickly and are more than satisfied with their salaries and bonuses the others either hang on at their starting salary or become disillusioned when they se others advance "even though they were there first", and leave.
