It could be that the seller has no idea as to what
this chip is. This auction could easilly be the
results of what happens when this type of material
trades hands from a crook to an uninformed person who then puts it up for sale.
It's just very hard for me to believe that anyone
knowing what this chip is would pass it off in front
of the whole world on eBay...with a reserve and such
a high opening bid.
