I slid my car off the road during a blizzard in '92. I was taken to the police station for the legal breathalizer test. I spent zero time in any lock-up facility, was not under arrest at any time. My car was wrecked, so I needed a ride home under any circumstance. I had to call a friend at 8:00 in the morning to pick me up, or I could have walked home. They gave me a ticket (took out a highway sign)(and blew over the legal limit) and sent me on my way.

In 1976, the laws dealing with drunk driving were looser. I've been following this story, and don't see any evidence that George W. spent any time locked up. I could be wrong.

24 years ago, does it matter? And it still doesn't explain your claims of powder drug use by George W.
