I hadn't been to Spirit Mountain in Grand Ronde, OR for a while but the slot card looked different on my recent visit. The pic is below, and I have a couple to trade for cards from a non-Nevada casino. This place is about 6 miles south of Portland.

According to my collection, this is the 5th version of the Coyote Club member card.

I also confirmed that both varieties of the 50c chip (purple and grey) are out of play and I could not find anyone at the cashier cages who had one. One person said they had not been in use for 3 years, but it seems to me I had seen them more recently than that.
