Since the UV markings are of a different size, in my opinion the two chips are from two different "runs". This would also make since, seeing that the colors of the background are the same, yet the blue Vs purple in the Sunset Station logo is different... Recall blue + red = purple, and since red in the "purple" chip is a little bit lighter than the red in the "blue" chip - the red didn't "run-out"...

Bottom line is I do think they are different chips, manufactured at different times, and the one with the "blue" background also exhibits a printing error...
